The Cuban Spring
“Do you want to be one of the first in the world to discover Cuba by camper?” was the question. A few parts in that sentence triggered us: ‘the first’, ‘camper’ and ‘Cuba’. It didn’t take photographer Frits Meyst and myself a lot of thought to decide in this case.
But, because there is so much to tell about Cuba, so much to see, we thought it would be a waste just to create one story. Especially now, since the Cuban Spring is slowly setting in and the country is changing. So, we decided to create a whole WideOyster Special about this sunny island over which the Castro’s ruled for almost sixty years. This is the result.
Have fun reading and watching.
